As a Benefit Corporation and based on its chosen objectives, Milano Generatori is committed to:

• Ensuring decent work for all employees;
• Developing projects that benefit the community, focused on responsible resource management and local sustainability;
• Reducing its carbon footprint and, where possible, offsetting it.

This approach translates into a daily commitment to worker safety, environmental protection, and the development of individuals, with the aim of generating a positive, measurable, and lasting impact.

To ensure transparency and accountability towards its stakeholders, Milano Generatori prepares and publishes annually:

• The Impact Report, an official document that clearly describes the initiatives undertaken, the results achieved, and the continuous improvement objectives.
• The Code of Ethics, which summarizes the values ​​and principles that inspire the company’s daily activities.
